ABOUT RIWI

We Are RIWI

We help solve important problems around the world using hard data. We wear our hearts on our sleeves (right beside the RIWI logo), and we work every day to ensure that every voice is heard.

OUR MISSION

We Are Building The Trust Infrastructure For The Research Industry

Built To Question The Obvious

Our mission is to become the world's most trusted and transparent source of global data, helping organizations make better decisions through high-quality, real human insights.

Market research has always had its challenges. People do not always say what they really think, traditional approaches can miss important audiences, and the quality of insight is only as strong as the data behind it. RIWI was born out of that frustration 17 years ago, with a belief that research could be more representative, more revealing and more trustworthy.

Since then, we have kept evolving in the name of integrity. That has meant developing new ways to reach real people, uncovering both conscious and non-conscious responses, and building proprietary approaches like RDIT to go beyond the limits of traditional panels.

Today, that mission matters more than ever. As synthetic data, AI-generated respondents and fraud reshape the research landscape, trust has become critical. Through CoolTool 2.0, VerifyHuman and our proprietary audience access technologies, RIWI is building the trust infrastructure for human intelligence and setting a higher standard for trusted insight.

We are committed to traceable value. Everything we do should generate verifiable results for anyone impacted by our work. We plan and execute with this principle in mind.

Continuously Drive Innovation

We treat problems as puzzles, continuously placing innovation at the heart of our work. Our curiosity is focused, we implement creative solutions, and challenge best practices in order to maximise the benefits to our value chain.

Build An Inclusive Ecosystem

Together, we can be more. We proactively listen to and include all voices because our differences make us stronger. We function as a team and to serve as a part of the global community. Collectivism enables us to leverage our diversity while working toward common goals.

Be Authentic And Act With Integrity

We believe in everything we do. We say what we mean and we do what we say. We value the meaning behind words and doing the right thing over what is easy. Actions matter and we strive for consistency between what we say and what we do.
